Welcome  to Marden Memorial Hall website.  The Hall is situated in the middle of the village of Marden, which is located approximately 9 miles from Maidstone and 14 miles from Tunbridge Wells in Kent.
The Memorial Hall boasts a recently refurbished roof and modern kitchen.  We have available for hire the Main Hall, Old School Room and John Banks Hall. The Main Hall is suitable for theatrical productions, exercise and dance classes, parties and other celebrations. It can accommodate 100 people sitting at tables or 160 people for dancing/disco and measures 9.1m x 18m. Old School Room is ideal for smaller meetings or classes and measures 5m x 8.4m and John Banks Hall is the most recent addition with a wall of mirrors and velux windows, ideal for smaller parties or gatherings  and measures 7m x 9.3m. All halls have disabled access and toilets and kitchen facilities. All Halls are available to hire by the hour or for a full or part day. The AGM of the Memorial Hall Management Committee for the financial year of 2023 will be held on 28th March 2024 in the Parish Office meting room commencing at 5.40pm.  All residents are welcome to attend and if you wish to come along please let Alison Hooker, Treasurer and Trustee, know by emailing [email protected] or telephoning 07925 220097.  Please see below the agenda for the meeting.

The AGM will be preceded by the Committee meeting to agree the 2023 accounts and followed by a Committee meeting when the Chairman and Officers will be elected.
